Cool. I'll try it out in the near future and see how it performs for me. I don't suspect I'll have time this weekend though.

No, you can't rsync to S3... The best thing to do is to separate your data into what needs to be backed up regularly (important documents, logs, creative content) versus what doesn't (video, software, downloads) and see what kind of space requirements you have.

My requirements are met by an SVN repo hosted on my dreamhost account.

I forget where I read about this, but they do sell sex toys -- just under different names. Like "massage devices" and "relaxation aids". Also the packaging is different and misleading, if I recall correctly.

Andrey: I'd rather have an email than a facebook message any day, and a facebook message over a wall post. Thanks to the transitive properties, I'll take an email over both of those.

Matt: You can just open up your email client and send messages from there too ;-) Usually you can click reply to facebook alert emails and it'll have your friend's email address there.

Glad you like the app. It began as a weekend project, but turned into something a lot of people are talking about. I just hope all of my friends add it so I can email them instead.

I'd take Facebook messages over people leaving personal messages on my wall any day. The SMS notification feature on Facebook messages makes it forgivable. (Curse Rogers for getting rid of their free Email-to-SMS feature.)
